Replying to Line Customer Services is kinda annoying
I bought some Line Tac poles off the line website the other day. The poles clearly say they come with screw off baskets, so along with the poles I bought some replacement powder baskets. Once I got the poles, it was pretty clear the baskets cannot be easily removed and swapped out, so the product was just described wrong on the website. I emailed line for a refund on the baskets (yes I’m cheap). It took them multiple emails and about 2 weeks to respond. They want me to ship these 4 dollar baskets back in the original package or they will inspect them for damage and take 3 weeks to determine if I should get a refund. Like just send me 4 bucks for your obvious marketing error. I know I’m yapping, but whatever, I need to start supporting smaller brands.
