Replying to Waxing side hustle

lmk if this is a really dumb idea, but im thinking about starting a ski/snowboarding side hustle. the idea is to market towards the families near me that only go skiing once or twice a year. (there is a lot of that where I live). i want to make it super convenient, and cheap for them. just drop your skis off, and pay through Venmo, or cash. ill wax your skis, and sharpen your edges if yu ask for that, and they can choose when to pick up their skis. lmk how legal this is, also I'm still figuring out prices so what would yall pay for a teenager to wax your skis if you were a suburban family that doesn't know much about skiing? also, would it be smart to create some sort of waiver that they should sign?
