deacboot fitter
ParkingLotPissOnly bootfitter in my city doesnt sell the alltrack 110 or any rossi stuff. Im not about to drop hundreds on a boot he's not familar with and take it to see if he can make it work for me.
Non_State_ActorWhere do you live? There are tons of folks here that have good bootfitter recs.
It'd probably be worth it to buy a slightly lesser out of the box fit with a bootfitter than the reverse. If it was just a little snug on your little toe that's a super easy punch.

PartyBullshiitIs there any reason you’re stuck on the alltrack? I have a the 110. Use it for light touring. Love it. But if you have a local fitter who sells other brands why not go have him fit you with other options and see if he has something that will work better?
if he’s a solid fitter even not selling rossis he should be able to do work on them and make them fit better. Especially if as you describe you only need a pinky punch.
ParkingLotPissNot stuck on the alltrack at all just they're the only HV110 flex boot I've been able to find in my size. The fitter works out of fairly small shop that doesn't have a huge selection (Skis - Coastal Ski & Sport) they also have the technica mach1 hv 110 but not in my size.
KilaTsunamiFuck brand loyalty with boots. Figure out what flex u need, then pick the most comfortable one.
Make the bootfitter pull out everything in ur size and volume. If he has an issue w pulling out too many boots then u walk out.
Brule.This this this!!!!
I literally bring every boot I have on hand that matches the volume and size of the foot to determine the best fit. At the end of the day, the fit in the lower cuff and the shape of the upper cuff varies by brand and it’s essentially up to the customer to decide what holds their foot the best. Not to mention, despite having the same flex on paper, each boot in that flex is going to feel a hell of a lot different based on the plastic composition. I’ve also had customers switch boot brands that they’ve been accustomed to for the past decade(s) because the brand they love so much changed the fit of the updated version of their said boot.
Source: I’m a bootfitter based in New England.
KilaTsunamiI also have them put one boot on, then put a different boot on the opposite foot that way they can compare the two. Then get another boot and put away the lesser comfortable one until we find the perfect match
Brule. That is what we like to call “the gauntlet”
KilaTsunamiHaha I call it a cage match
