seeing the video and then going to do the same trick with the vid knowing your focus is gonna be on your back and shoulders should help. also, trying to land and instanly be looking down hill over (not around) the leading shoulder should help with this and rotating smoothly. i think you spun front 2 to the left so looking over the left shoulder as you land. last, squat down more with everything. shoulders rolled back and hands to the knees or a bit lower for every thing. take a day to work on safety slides. before you know it you’ll be winning slvsh cup.

edit: your also dragging your right arm through the air. punch it through the direction your spining to align your shoulders and hips with the rotation
