Where in California are the goods right now?

So its my first winter living in california, and I'm dying to get on some snow. It being my first season out here, I don't know where the best place to be is. I'm thinking, boreal, mammoth, or northstar. They all seem to have small jib parks. any insights or recommendations?

Where are you currently? I would say tahoe looks better than us in Mammoth but we're about to get a storm. Rose highway usually has some jibs. There a few private spots that are prolly hitting around tahoe but more invite only. I think boreal and the star are opening

I've heard Tahoe is getting nuked on! But Redding...wtf are you doing there??? Shasta is your closest followed by Mt. Ashland lol. Start touring and go destroy some volcanoes?

Hmmm, redding might not be the spot but doable?

How old are you? Can you send it to tahoe for the season even as a lifty?

I'm 20, but I have a job around here which I'm stuck with for 2 more years. It'll have to work for now.

Redding blows but Shasta and Lassen are the tits dude. Unlimited touring. Get yourself a partner and a touring set up

for you, just ski mount Shasta and the backcountry in the area. And learn how to fly fish. You Are in the California Mecca. Take advantage of it.

Sugar bowl is building a ballllller park this year. They got like 60 new rails, they’re planning on having a 75 foot big air jump, and they expanded the amount of space for the park significantly. Boreal is cool for nights and fucking around with the homies though. Not too sure how Shasta’s parks are
