tramp skis

Hey i jus twant to know what kind of trampoline skis you guys have come up with out there.. my way is takein an old skateboard, saeing it in half and traing to smoothin out the edges and crap (that part i suck at) and screwing in shoes to each plank..heres mine http://jibrevolution.com/graphics/trampskis.jpg post how you make yours

alright man, my buddy made some, and he just took small skis, about 125cm mabey?? im not sure exactly. and then he wrapped the edges in cloth and then duct tape. he then mounted the bindings so the will fit his real boots. But be careful becasue if you land tails down they could still puncture the tramp. Also it is hard to get as much bounce as usual, but they work well.

yah i treid what ur friend did with my old 142's and i couldent get more then 3 feet in the air its harder then hell with long skis so thats why i did it with a skate

I did mine with a old pair of shoes strong card board and rigid wires (30M) !! They kick ass and I get a lot of air. Still loook like real skis on tha camera.

all you need is like 4 peices of 9 gauge wire cut to any desired length and sandwich those between two pieces of cardboard. then tape them togeth with duct tape.then tape an old pair of shoes to them. the wire you can buy a roll of 100ft. for like $5 at any hardwear store.

i wish i had some method of getting better in the summer, im too poor for a tramp or camps and summer rails are so hard to set up when your the only one you know who cares enough to set it up

yeah krongos, i would invest in a trampoline if i were you, mine was 50 dollars used, just look in the classifeids for a cheapy that bounces good

I tried to do that on my friends tramp one time and we made these fake crap sks. It was really fun until we ended up trying to grind on the edge of the tramp! ouch!

I use cardboard skis that I made and taped them with ductape to make them firm. Then use velctro straps through two slits, one for the front of the foot and one to come from behind your heel to infront of your ankle to hold them on your socks. Then you can jump as normal and practice your grabs....works very well, but not the most realistic. Hope that works.
