True center on Nightstick 97s

I get a crazy pro deal on these skis so I was thinking of getting a pair but the mount point is pretty far back so I was wondering if anybody has mounted them true center and if so how do they ski.

The mount point is only -3.4 cm on the 184. I've enjoyed it at +2 cm, which would put you at -1.4. I wouldn't go much further forward than that on this ski or any all-mountain freestyle ski

They aren’t as symmetrical as a wet or something by like that so I wouldn’t go too far forward, I’ve heard going above -2 gets weird. I ride my 184s at -3.0 and they feel really nice

Centre mount isn’t any better for park. Go -2 or so

Rode these last season at -3.5 from true center, -3 probably ideal, would def not go true center it'd be too far ahead of camber

Terrible advice. Most pros are dead center on lots of skis that would be considered all mountain freestyle (ARV, k2 poacher, etc). If you’re using them for park go dead center.

-2 sounds good I DM'd yuho and he said he mounts true center which makes sense since hes a pro
