I actually got a chance to ski them at brighton at the wwsra demo, i started writing a gear review but i got sidetracked.
tldr. they ski like shit, force you backseat and onto the inside ski.
the other main thing i noticed was that you can’t feel the flex of the ski through the boot, meaning it was nearly impossible to feel what radius turn you were going to make.
they felt dangerous and scary and like they did not offer any improvement at all.
I had a pretty long talk with the designer (who is NOT a skier i might add) about them, and pretty much ripped the product to shreds. They seem chill enough, and told me openly than they had 60 something pre orders as of the first week of february.

yeah they had a weird reaction when you tried to push through the boot into the ski, it didn’t feel like you could weight the engagement point of the outside ski. the honestly felt pretty eerie, like you were riding on top of ski not like pushing the ski through a turn?
i skied a few mogul turns after the video too, and they were nearly impossible to get from edge to edge.
i honestly hope that these never make it out of the concept stage, they seem targeted to an older, affluent crowd that would be less in control and more likely to injure themselves.

Close to what I expected. I love the zipfits I recently got because what the ski does, your foot does. No chatter, no slop, just direct and precise. These are everything that is opposite to that.

It was one of the worst couple laps I've had on skis in a while. Feels like your skiing on stilts and you have zero control of the sidecut of the ski. It was mentioned once before here but the guys running the brand aren't even skiers, should tell you enough right there.
