Hey, what’s good. New to this channel. Glad I joined. Lot of valuable info on hear. Mainly a directional advanced skiier and ski Volkl Kendo 88 but looking to get into some slight jumps and boxes in the park, side jumps, etc. Say a video review that New Schooers did on parks and pipe skis that also ski on on piste as well and those seem to be the Rossi Black Ops 98. I ski Volkl Kendo 88 at 170cm. I am male, 5’11”, 24 yo, ~155lbs. I’ve been hearing multiple things - they ski short and long so I was wondering if I should go with the 182cm or the 172cm? I want to add somewhat of a freestyle more playful ski to my collection and have heard very good things about these. Just not sure which size to go for. I put the 172 super black ops next to my 170 kendo and it seems like they are actually shorter (probably because of the profile with the twin tips). Mainly skiing northern Vermont and go out west to Colorado/Utah for two weeks out of the year usually in Feb/March. Not sure what to go for but wanted to hear your opinion if you’ve skied this ski. In that slight dilemna. Appreciate the input.

Rossi Slat (The OG Blackops) is my favorite ski of all time, I would say they ski short, def go 182 if you can. They charge hard and are an absolute blast in any condition, they are on the heavier side but I like that in my skis, they were still easy to throw around in the park and great on rails.

At your height 182 all day on that ski. Zero reason to be on the 172
All times are Eastern (-5)
