Replying to Ski from Milan

I just moved to Milan for studies and I'm tryna figure out a way to ski on the weekends this season. I don't have access to car so would have to go by train. I know there's these bus rides you can go with straight to the resorts but it'd be really expensive if I was to go with them every weekend. Anybody know a practical way to reach a resort by train? Literally any resort is fine, I just wanna ski so bad. Alternatively if there's like private groups I can join and split the gas.
