Does anyone know schools in sweden or Austria area where I can get by with English (willing to learn the language just takes time). Looking for something with a decent party scene and good skiing. Not quite sure what I want to major in but likely physiology or something bodily related. Other then that possibly engineering.

Sweden doesn't really have any universities with good skiing except two. Östersund has international master programs https://www.miun.se/en/education/programmes/ .

Kiruna would be interesting because it's in the north but they only have a small hill and Riksgränsen is 1.5h away so you would need a car.

Innsbruck in Austria would be my pick. Norway might have something too.

I would guess that Oslo should have university and skiing there seems to be good Oslo parken and Snø
