Replying to Study abroad help

Ok so I’m from the USA and I’m doing Rotary high school study abroad in Sweden. I don’t mind Sweden as a country however I ended up in a super small town in Darlana. I am in touch with other exchange students in Sweden and one of them who was living in västerås (a bigger city) decided, for personal reasons, to go back home. I thought maybe I could switch but I don’t know who to contact and if it doesn’t working out then I’ve just offended this town. So if anyone is familiar with rotary youth exchange, Västerås or js general advice it would be greatly appreciated 🙏
