profa_212Were probably going to see a lot of these posts coming up as theres going to be a lot of kids who werent around back in the individual pass days who have no idea how spoiled they are with the $1000 dollar passes to 30+ resorts.
If that guys 1899 for a squaw pass in 2009 is accurate, thats almost $2800 in today's money. So yeah were getting a better deal imo with $1400 and access to multiple resorts. Not to mention early bird discounts, or college pricing etc
Non_State_ActorThat shit was $1000 in the early 90s when individual day lift tickets were like $50. Only rich kids had passes to squaw/Alpine/heavenly. Passes to sugar bowl, sierra, boreal were much cheaper and they had discounts for locals, students, etc.
Farmville420Ikon pass still cheaper than Mount Snow season pass 15 years ago lol, it's definitely getting up there tho, I think it was $1,000 this season which is almost $200 more than it was two years ago.... feeling like less of a steal each season
STEEZUS_CHRI5TBuying food at the resorts is for filthy tourists. Pack a lunch and eat on the lift.
butteryySo when did going up a hill and going down cost 2,000 dollars a season? These mountains and passes are just milking money at this point and then have the balls to chart $80 for fucking french fries. Absolutely ridiculous.
butteryyWhy you acting like this is smth new lmao
