Jeffery 102 on Ice coast

I ski Jeff 102s on icy bullshit all the time, they're pretty average for a rockered park ski. Just don't expect them to grip on ice like some full camber race skis. When you're not on pure ice, they're really good do-everything park/allmtn skis, even on hardpack.

I also want to ask I'm 6'2 but only 150 lbs. these skis are 179 and I know they run a lil short. However I've only ever skied 177 max. I was looking to size up but I since I'm used to a shorter ski I was thinking I'd be fine on these

I don't think ON3P made a 179 Jeff 102, and ON3P usually run true to size. I'd go 181 or 186 at your height. ON3P size chart says 191, but because you're pretty light for a tall person, going slightly shorter would be a better fit IMO.

Alternatively, compare the effective edge length to your current skis. Pick something with the same effective edge length for a similar feel. Go longer for more grip, go shorter for more playful-ness.

I didn't think so either but I figured I just didn't know. I'm going to ask him about it, but considering they say 191 you don't think 181 is too much of a drop?

Depends, what skis do you have now, and how do you feel about their size?

Tbh, you could probably make both 181 and 186 work great, just depends on what you’re trying to do with them.
