What stretches should I do before skiing in the terrain park?

Hamstring, quads, side lunges, calf stretches. Anything lower body of course. Don't forget your upper body as well. Stretch those shoulders, chest, lower and upper back. Your neck is super important the older you get (at least that I have found) so throw that in the mix too.

I used to just get to the parking lot, buckle the boots on and go. Now I have to do a 15-20 min stretching routine just so I can be able to function the following day. Getting old has its pluses and also its minuses.

Just drink before its a depressant so all your muscles become lose and relaxed, then you can send whatever you'd like with no chance of injury.
