Full Tilt Liner Replacement

I know this has been asked a couple times but I haven't seen a great answer yet.

I am trying to keep my First Chair 6's alive for another season or two and it's come time to replace the liner. Obviously kind of difficult to find the OEM liner anywhere so I am currently debating between a) K2 Pro Wrap liner or b) some kind of wrap liner from Intuition. Anyone done this recently and have recommendations?

Intuition pro wrap or whatever they replaced it with will outlast your shells at this point. a super amazing liner can’t live without them even on new boots nowadays

Full tilt wrap liners were just re-branded intuitions.

No never been full tilted but they work the same in any boot and every perzon I put them in loves including full tilt ppl. They’re just the one and only in aftermarket liners unless you’re willing to buck up a rack for zip fit but I’ve tried those and I see no reason to upgrade

I just like that they don’t really pack much at all. They keep a really accurate shape, and they’re super responsive, no sloppy to speak of, but are still comfortable. Perfect liner imo. I don’t think you’ll ever go back to stock liners in general after a pair. My current pair gotta be at like 200days across 2 shells.

Aren’t the stock ft liners wayyy softer than the typical custom intuition though? My current liners feel completely different than my old ft ones those were very very soft

That’s what I’ve heard as well, your custom Intuitions have worked well for you in FT boot?

Aftermarket intuition liners will be stiffer and also not lasted exactly the same. But they are great!

If you want the same liner though we sell the exact same liner you have on k2snow.com just grab the k2 fl3x intuition wrap liner.

Yeah but it’s a positive difference imo. Not like having a shell that’s too stiff. Slightly stiffer forward flex also means stiffer laterally, so I find them less sloppy by a lot in tough snow conditions. Also i actually find my shinbang worse in a softer liner I think because it leverages my shin over the edge of the plastic and focuses the pain in one area. With a stiff tongue molded to my shin the impact of landings and my power is more evenly distributed. But that’s anecdotal.

I was checking out the zip fits earlier today, felt pretty good in my FT’s actually but felt sacrilegious to go with a tongue instead of a wrap haha

I understand cheating on the wrap is hard but being able to refill the liners with cork is so worth it. The liner will outlast your shell easy. And will never pack out.

Yeah the firmer liner is way better

Pro wrap tour is for a walk mode. It’s way thinner, has a little cut in the back to let it bend back and the skin materials are more moisture wicking.

I think the pro wrap is what you’re after.
