Fuck vent mesh

My helmet has some metal mesh material blocking the vent holes how would I proceed to removing this ?

what helmet is it? pics can help. might just be a question of going ham with a pair of pliers or something.

probably poke it real hard to unstick the glue behind it. Or use a Dremel
