VTshredder69What's been done has been done. Let's not go back into the past.
The question is where does it end?
Does Ukraine actually 'beat' russia? That would be nice but highly unlikely.
Does Ukraine lose to Russia. If so at what cost. Does Nato get involved or does the US supply troops? All of our "aid" to Ukraine just turns into absolutely nothing. Because how the fuck are they going to pay us back.
Getting involved in this BS conflict that's 1500 miles away will have consequences and I don't see it turning out favorable for the USA. That's my very controversial (IDK HOW) point. It's a waste of money, resources and most importantly human life.
Its 2024 for fucks sake. I think sitting around a negotiation table goes a lot further now than it did at any point in history. Just turning the cold shoulder to Russia and blindly throwing hundreds of billions at Ukraine will work its route.

.MASSHOLE.I guess it makes sense you're OK letting a "strong-man" strong-arm his way into what he wants at the expense of everyone else.
Explains the DJT vote.
VTshredder69It just makes me laugh when you think you know it all. Literally got everything about covid wrong. Pretend you never said it. Then think you know what you're talking about in the area of international conflict.
So i'm supposed to trust the science again?
Only this time Nukes are actually a real threat to peoples health and you're laughing it off for the sole reason your boy Biden expanded the conflict. Now being anti war is a "trump" and "Right wing" thing
Holy shit man you're one pathetic loser.

.MASSHOLE.You keep telling yourself that.
I'm not "pro-war", I'm anti-dictatorship/anti-bullying.
With Russia, Putin threw the first punch. Ukraine has every right to fight back and make their own decisions about how they utilize their military. I also believe supporting them in their right to defend themselves.
The same thing can be applied to China. With China, Xi is attempting to intimidate local countries in the South China Sea and I believe the US should support local countries in defending their territories. The same goes for supporting Taiwan. Give Taiwan the resources they need to defend their independence.
Both those leaders attempt to bully regional independent governments into falling in line, generally by show of force. I think that's wrong and believe these countries should have their independence and the right to defend themselves.
Shouldn't you, being a pro-2A individual, understand that?
I've never once advocated for deployment of troops in Ukraine. Am I against providing logistical support or intelligence support? Nope, so long as we can assure that the American lives will be protected OR that they volunteer for the assignment.
VTshredder69Hit the nail on the head. Ukraine has the right to fight back. The fact that the US got involved is the issue makes it way more complicated. I don't understand why sending long range missiles into Russia which elevates the conflict is a good idea.
Either way i think i've exhausted my libertarian rhetoric that has now been interpreted as pro trump. THe government is retarded on both sides but America is clearly tired of the last incompetent regime.
I want the conflict to be resolved but our government has turned it into our problem now. I think the USA is a good policing order for the good but I think they need to pick their conflicts better.
Now it's time to do some FLorida saltwater fishing because Russia and Ukraine both suck.
ParkingLotPissYou keep calling people Pro-War unless they think the USA should completely stop aid to Ukraine. It not pro war, it’s anti-dictatorship.
