Lower stomach pain after boosting side hits

Last winter would constantly feel a pain in my lower abs after a long day of boosting side hits. Would be sore after longs days and would feel pain whenever I sneezed. Didn’t think much of it but I have the same pain this year after day 1 at keystoner. Anyone ever have these pains? Kinda scares me that it’s back already so soon this year. I guess I could just chill and not boost but that’s also no fun

Lol, probably a loose organ or something banging around. Consult a doctor before newschoolers. Or a friend who is a doc if ur poor.

last season at Troll opening day I kept getting sharp pain in my lower abs and I thought my appendix was gonna burst and I was gonna die there...turns out I was just out of shape lmfaoo and I kinda pulled a little muscle

You could have a hernia or a varicocele Best to get it looked at.

I had the same thing and got checked for a hernia. There was no hernia, I had likely just pulled a muscle in my abdominal region

I had that for a few weeks one season and got pretty worried, never got anything checked but I’m assuming it was a pulled abdominal muscle.


you may have a tear or something. If you got insurance it wouldn’t hurt to go get it checked

Same exact shit happened to me lol.. I remember being so scared of having a hernia the whole way home.

Like your stomache or your abs? Abs is pretty normal depending on what you were doing.

Opening day sometime trying to crank backies on little side hit jumps all day id have wicked sore abs the next day. Pretty normal. Just using muscles in a way you weren't over the summer.

If it's your stomach see a doctor

For sure but I mean pulling abdominal muscles is fairly common at the start of the season as people mentioned in this thread from experience.

Probably pulled an ab muscle. Rest 7 days, and ski lightly for the next 14 days. Then you're back on it.
