Will binding position affect off piste skiing

So I have last years pair of edollos but this year I am replacing them with a dedicated pair of park skis so my edollos can change into my all-mountain skis. I will be taking them out west and I currently have them mounted -1 from center. Would it be worth it to mount it back to recommended for a better all mountain ski or should I just keep it where it is at?

I would say just go with them how they are now. Having the bindings a litle further back might be nice in offpiste but if youre used to how they are dont remount because it works fine and is probably more work to remount than what you feel when skiing
