Ski Sundown/Butternut/Catamount

Hi all, I'm going to be located in NW CT this winter and am weighing my pass options. I grew up skiing nights at Ski Sundown pretty frequently and I remember having a lot of fun in their park. Seemed to be the best set up in the region at the time – is that still true?
Butternut/Catamount have midweek options that are much more affordable, but I remember their parks not being the best. Anyone have any insight?

Nah butternut is probably th best park, south of Mount Snow. It normally takes them awhile to get enough snow for a full park run but they get super creative and flowy

Butternut is my pick of the 3, but catamount has stepped up its park game lately. I feel like butternut makes do with what they got better than the other 3

Butternut is easily the best south of mt snow, that’s what I’d put my money to if I moved back home

I grew up skiing at catamount when I was like 5 I remember them having super cool parks, glad to hear they are stepping their game up. I was also 5 so I thought a flat box was insane they might not have been that dope. Good luck sounds like nuts the place to be

Don't sleep on Bousquet. They've stepped their park game up 10-fold under the new ownership and just announced they'll have two new parks next year. They also blow mountains of snow now.
