Vishnu Wet Sizing

Hold on I know there's a lot of pages on this but I thought my situation was just a little unique. I am an east coast skier buying Vishnu Wets planning to ski them purely park. I see everybody saying buy size up and some people saying just go with 189s (which I'm pretty sure I should do). I am 6'2 and 150lbs. So that seems to suggest 189s. However I have had shitty 173 and 177 cm skis up until now. I know Vishnus ski short but 177 to 189 does feel like a fair jump. But I guess maybe because its short its like 177 to 183 which isn't all that bad, and realistically I need to be going up anyway. Let me know what you guys think. (Also let me know if I fucked up this post Im new to newschoolers I understand u guys hate newbs.)

Buy to you're size, you'll get used to the gap. I'm 6 ft and rode189s and have no complaints, the flex compensates for any extra length.

Just get 183s if ur that worried

I’m very similar height and weight and I ride the 189s, go for it. They will probably feel weird at first, I had to detune mine in the tips and tails more than I was expecting so they didn’t feel hooky. Sorry everyone is downvoting you lol

183 will work for your weight, 189 will work for your height, either one will work overall dont think about it too much

189's will be exactly as tall as you, which is pretty ideal for such a soft rockered ski. I would rather be on wets that feel slightly too long than slightly too short.
