Replying to Losing tricks you had on lock all of a sudden

How do yall deal with it? It sucks and is the biggest hit to confidence, which is all freeskiing is about in my opinion.

I lost my bio, misty and rodeo randomly during a tramp session. I was doing them non stop for a month and in a matter of minutes i just stopped being able to commit. Weirdly that happened the day after i finally figured out all the differences between the three tricks.
