Rock_InhabitantMy holy trinity of ski exercises are squats, Bulgarian split squats, and box jumps. I feel like skiing is lots of explosive movements and independent leg coordination. Another thing I try to focus on a lot is on my box jumps, on the way down I don’t just step off but I try to jump off so I can get more training for my knees and leg muscles to absorb impact.

SteezyYeeteridk why but when I read this something clicked... I should lowkey just jump off shit repeatedly to learn how to absorb impact. omg this is game changing.
muffMan.Jump down on a smaller box if you’re not used to impact to avoid hurting joints
