Harlaut Pants

How is the sizing for Harlaut pants? I know they’re supposed to be baggy but like how does it differ between sizes. I’m 6’5 175 ish and can’t decide between xl and xxl

Harlauts are low key trash quality. I’ve got rips all around the cuffs, and ventilation was mid, had to cut out the inner fleece. I did get them used.

just bought some big strides, I sized down to XL from XXL in harlauts. 6’3 200. Don’t have them in hand yet but we’ll see size diff.

I mean it’s just my style opinion but I’m 6’4 snd have always had trouble finding pants that fit well. I have some old Nike pants that are straight cut off of ebay. Harlauts I believe have a pretty straight cut as well as capeesh. I’ve had both. But maybe scavenge around eBay because a 2xl of a normal brand will be wide and long enough but my biggest issue has been finding ones that don’t taper and get tight around the boots. So if you can find a measurement for the leg opening that you know is wide enough, check every pant to make sure it’ll be wide enough. Again this is my opinion cuz I hate the taper look. Sorry for the yap but hope that helps

ignore the NS hall monitors and make whatever threads you want but if you wanna read up on old threads, the best way to search for stuff on NS is to google site:newschoolers.com + your search terms. does a great job of finding what you're looking for

big strides gas, i’m 6’2 200 and i got XLs they’re hella baggu. Even 6’5 i’d say maybe XL is the go.

The first white Harlauts were so thin they were translucent lol. I wasn’t buying them after I saw that

Side by side, Big stride XL vs 06 cargo 2XL


Pretty similar ngl, the tapered shape is not even noticeable especially with it opened up.

fit is noticeably better, big strides are more of a baggy pant, but measurements likes waist are actually an XL which I love, while harlauts are just a pant sized up every measurement. Which suck cause you have to go suspenders and snow gets in easily.

Pockets are better quality, the windbreaker liner is easily better decision over fleece. Bigger ventilation opening, strong innner boot cuffs.

Pretty hyped for them, quality shows. Won’t be dragging them either hiking rails or walking to the car
