K2 3 piece boots in powder

I'm looking at getting a pair of k2 revolvers and was wondering how well do they handle powder? or does any one have problems with snow getting in the boot at were the pieces met at all or are they pretty snow and water tight so no wet feet.
If anyone has experience with them it would be a great help.

i ride revolver pros and dont notice any snow getting in my boots but idk about other people(coming from a bootfitter)

So I rode the FT Classic for a about 7 seasons, they've seen everything from park to Fernie's and Kicking Horse's powder and never did they take any snow nor water (except if you step into knee deep water puddles).

I've also never heard about people complaining that their FT/K2 boots leaked.

Dalbello Cabrio or Moro would be a better choice if you want 3 piece design.


full tilt hasn’t updated their molds in like 20 years. Dalbello just updated theirs last season and actually puts effort into R&D and higher quality plastic.

The new Dalbello cabrio lights up the inside of my foot with pressure points, which is a first for me bc I’ve never had that issue with pressure points in ski boots before. The K2 revolver shell is still somewhat the same as the last but with grip walk soles in the higher end models and a wider toe box overall.
