Europe Trip

yo yo.

I have never been to Europe to ski and this winter I think might be the year for us.
Im making this thread to see if anyone has any suggestions on where to go (france,austria,swiss, etc) maybe even accommodation recommendations?
Would love to hear feedback from where people have had the best experience.
Just trying to get some ideas going over here😂

Depends on what type of skiing you want to do. If you are staying for longer time Innsbruck is probably nice.
And of course if you are up for an adventure Riksgränsen is waiting for you in late april/may.

France/switz/Italy tri area is amazing skiing. You just gotta think out of the box with accommodation cause it can be expensive

really looking for everything, great parks and jib as well as a lot of off piste and access to backcountry i would say

this guy is the biggest Riksgränsen glazer, its probably as good as he says, but due to the sheer amount of times he meat rides riksgränsen, i am 32% sure he is causing burn marks on riksgränsen, (from the meat riding) which causes the snow to melt... Shyts Brazy.

Zillertal area has bit of everything. Austria should be cheaper than Switzerland or France.

How are the ticket prices at Riksgränsen? Late spring skiing there sounds pretty sick

7 days for around 200€ and season pass for around 500€. For shorter time it's not worth it to travel all the way up there unless you already live in the north.

Gangily why would i pay a fuck ton
money to go to riksgränsen when i can pay half and go austria???

It also depends a bit on how long you're going for. if you're going for 2+ weeks (which I would recommend) I would base myself in Innsbruck, rent a cheap car, and just hit whatever is good around Innsbruck. Within 2-3 hours driving you have some of the best skiing around, in 3 different countries, including park, piste and BC. Really can't beat Innsbruck.
