Somewhere to lay my head near Banff for the winter

I don't really know if this is the right place for this but I ended up getting work as an instructor at sunshine for the winter. Curious on how the best way to cop some accommodations (FB sites, kijiji)
I also applied for staff accom but availability is pretty tight. Is it even worth it? Or should I just look for my own place.
If you or someone you know is looking for a new room mate/sublet don't be afraid to slide into the dms and we might be able to make something happen.

Facebook groups will be your best bet, or community notice boards. People still put-up flyers sometimes if they need someone local.

Hostels usually a bet if you got 1k a month and dont mind others, van livin in the fall and spring gets down. theres a year round camp ground which is dope with power and all the amenities. staff accom is lowest unless you get a place off resort up near the fairmont. YWCA, Int. Host. Sameson and the Hi all the hostels. if your hard as and scope good you can live pretty cheap in a undercover unit. Can sneak in a variety of places easy to get into for showers, hot tub, and sauna. GL HF
