Rethinking if i trully spin left, forgetting how to frontflip and landing my backflips behind where i jumped off? The more i go jump on tramp the worse i get.
Today i was more in control and could spin more when spinning right?

Nah bro i just somehow lost my ability to pop and then do the trick, it somehow became a problem for me and now i dont even jump off the tramp when i try to set something. And the more i think about the pop the worse it gets. I didnt have that problem in the beginning and its slowly worsening even though i go every day.

Fuck yeah didnt do tramp for a week cuz i went trail running, came back and my tricks fixed themselves
