How to afterbang and what are the side effects?

Now I heard with after bang comes mad hoes and mad respect. But I tried it once and all I got was back pain. Am I doing it wrong, or is there a more economical and operationally efficient way to land while still looking cool?

Here’s a video of my friend brig trying to master the bang. He’s missing something but I’m not sure. Should we quit trying to learn how to land with after bang and just learn how to land holding?

One of my friends used to afterbang in the park every run. I haven't seen him in a few years but last I knew he was living in public parks, feeding pigeons, and occasionally charging toward joggers screaming spells from harry potter.

After bang may look cool, but think of the real cost.
