I’m gonna be going out west a lot and my one singular pair of skis are not good for all mountain/powder so would it be a good investment to get some skis on sale or just demo

You should prolly if you’re gonna be going out more than once a season it’s worth it to get some used skis around 100 to 115 under foot

Ebay if there’s good activity in your area, if not then there’s always accounts and ski shops on instagram selling used skis

Get something that's 100-105 mm underfoot and you'll be fine in both park and "big mountain"

The right answer really depends what your personal definition of “a lot” is.
