I thought it would be a good idea with summer coming up for everyone to share their local spot. Ofc don’t share the location if you don’t want to but if you don’t care about people coming drop the addy. Having a hard time finding spots for the summer and the ns search bar doesn’t work so I figured I would make a thread. And yes there has to be water under the cliff jump.
Use the beach access to the end of the road and swim to the end of the rock to climb up. The safest zone is on the east side you'll know it when you see it. Virtually no way to hit any sort of rocks, that zone is circled below. It's also the one in the video I linked at exactly 0:08.
Just be careful, its a super rich area and the neighbors don't usually bother you but I've heard that sometimes they can bust ur balls. Also not sure if its legal or not because I don't know who owns the property. I have done it a million times though and never had issues but just wanted to warn you in advance in case you get kicked out.

I like to swim a lot in the summer so I know a few. Not necessarily great "cliff jumping" spots (the first one is tho) but still super cool places to swim at.
Livermore falls - New Hampshire state park I believe. tons of cliffs ranging in size to jump off, and then if you have the balls, 80 foot bridge jump. pretty gnarly though. the cliff jumping area is beyond the bridge. the photo is actually taken on a really cool abandoned fort thingie you can see from the swim area.
I've gone to a bunch of swimming holes around the white mountains. two stand out. first, "paradise". this is found on an old logging road north of diana's falls (a very popular swimming hole). you pass through the abandoned remains of the logging town Livermore (I think it's called that) before you reach it. hard to tell from the road but you can just look over the edge and there is a clear path with logs going down to a pool. jumps can range from 5-15 ish feet? (I'm pretty bad at estimating). very bouldery and rocky on the bottom of the pool though. there is also a pretty kewl river right above, one time I was there we were sliding down it and it was pretty fun.
the second is emerald pool. this is in pinkham notch, up road of wildcat. there is a set of stone stairs going off the road leading you to this beautiful pool that is EMERALD GREEN! there's two pretty nice cliffs (both around the same size probably 10 feet) that are super fun to jump off, the pool is super deep and it's just a chill as hell time. to chill around. idk i've typed too much. also don't confuse this with the emerald pool that is located 3 miles up the side of Mt. Washington.

Just went there yesterday and you weren’t joking about it being rich my god. Can’t belive one of the neighbors was chill of me and my friends just walking through their front yard to get to the spot. After about 40 minutes the neighbor on the west side told us to leave so we were out. Thanks though very fun will come again
you can’t go 10 feet in vermont without finding a swimming hole which was one of the very few sick things about vermont. i used to live in morrisville near stowe and would go to this spot: (44.5695808, -72.6175696) just go to the creek and then head up stream and you cant miss the swimming hole with a 20’ or so cliff. surrounded by trees and its super dope. worth checking out if you are already in the area
