I would suggest rememberd to POP, you are going up not down.
When getting your trailing arm towards the opposite knee, throw your body foreward at the end of the kicker. Like a fronty but more gentle. Then tuck as needed.
First time I tried mistys on skis my issue was that my upper body anticipated too much my lower body that just got dragged into the rotation.
I don't think there's a lot of risk of landind in your head if you do it right on the tramp.
crf741i feel like i am going to throw myself into the ground headfirst trying misty for the first time, how am i supposed set to get just as much air as flip/spin? i am comfortable on trampoline with misty axis but i just cant imagine how to do it off a medium sized jump. any help much appreciated.
