Voyage86count your calories, I used my fitness pal and it was free and it worked super good. use any app tho as long as it keeps you consistent and precise. if you get that app it will tell you everything you need to do, even the free version, you just gata do it and keep track of it. if you lift and bulk at the same time you will see super crazy noobie gains as well so i recommend that. but your entire life will improve if you put on 20-30 pounds, i promise
