fuck you and fuck the government. I will continue to wear a neck gaitor when and when I don't want to. Same thing goes for helmets. I will wear what I please and WILL NOT abide by the opinions of others for the sake of appearance. However...there's always the however, I will not where those black face masks with the nose thingy sticking out and no one else should.

Better idea:

ski masks/shiestys should signify real life PvP. On or off hill. If you’re wearing one, you can fight anyone else who is also wearing one. But only other people WITH shiesties.
