Replying to Strengthen Shinz
Aight so last time I came here searching for answers I learned a thing or 2. Basically thought I’d master something dope but yer boi got fucked up and destroyed his shins cause dins didn’t release (set to 8) on a pretty brutal fall. After a solid month of healing and icing and all that shit I hit the mountain again but now my shins are sort of sensitive when I land jumps and what not. I’m just wondering what I can do to stop this from happening again next season. I know in Maui Thai they kick metal poles with their shins to strengthen them so would that same approach theoretically work for my problem? Definitely sounds tistic I know but it’s the best I can think of right now since it’s just kind of bone right there. Lmk what I should do thanks
