Vishnu key or nomad 94

It sounds line Vishnu might be cooking up a Key+

Of all the twin tips I’ve demo’d. None slap like the Key man. I highly recommend

I would say that the Nomad is a stiffer twin, more suited for all mountain, where the key is softer more suited for park.


Having said that, they both do excellent at park and all mountain. I ride my keys everywhere. Nomads do have that 3 year bomb proof warranty. But Vishnu has Emmitt, who handles warranty claims exceptionally well. Again, u can’t really miss between the two bro.

They changed the construction of the new Nomad lineup for next season.


I’ve been skiing on Wides for the past three years and I had the chance to demo a set of Nomad 100s. They’re pretty comparable in terms of how snappy and nimble they are on snow but just a tad stiffer than the Wides. If OP is looking for that in-between with the Wide and the Key, then the Nomad 100 would be worth looking more into than the 94.


The updates for the Vishnu’s are starting to force the hand to get another pair, though.

For whatever it's worth, we built the 94 and 100 to have the same overall flex pattern. The only real difference is the 6mm of width and the topsheet, unless your buying all white pre-release edition. So the 100mm will give you a wider platform to land on, with the minimal addition of extra swing weight in comparison to its narrower brother. But they are both pretty light on swing weight to begin with.
