Replying to Cast Freetour 1.0 toe pieces falling off

I got my cast freetour 1.0s about a year ago bc pivots r sick and I am wanted the 1 ski quiver vibe while still being able to get some tours in.

I have been skiing in bounds a lot more than touring this season with them and still pretty good buuttt...

the toepieces keep falling out every time I hit my tails on any hard surface, when I don't have my boots clicked in.

I reached out to cast about it once earlier this year, and they sent me new locks which have worked for like 3 months now but this past weekend the problem came back.

I haven't had any scary releases since this issue resurfaced but just wanted to ask if anyone else has had this issue and ask when I should get worried?
