50-50 help

Pretty much my first year so I suck, but how can I stop kicking my feet so far forward on a 50-50. Also how do I add speed and actually slide?

It's a bad picture but pretty much just land with my heels on the board or I push the board too much and get all 4 wheels up

focus on locking in your back truck before the front. It's hard but it will help you greatly in the long run.
