Old threads that get bumped aren't being pushed to the top of the channel

This is important news that is crucial to newschoolers. Old threads that get bumped should immediately be pushed to the top of forum category. Such is how it has been, such is how it must be. Please fix this mods. @TRVP_ANGEL
