OregonDeadGood reminder for me to start that habit back up. Way back in the day I got the IRON gym pull up bar as seen on TV lol. Was probably the most legit ad for an exercise product that they put out. Dude was like you can get ripped like me all you have to do is every variety of pull ups and push ups and then mix them up with some crunches

It didn't exactly change my life. Apart from my bank balance...
If i were to invest in such a product again, I'd go with Huel, or a similar meal replacement type, rather than just a vitamin-packed watery drink such as AG1.

There is no exception for rape or incest, OBGYN's are leaving and no one is replacing them, women with legitimately life-threatening complications are being forced to wait until they go septic to receive any kind of care. Republicans have made it clear that they intend to push this nationally.
It's hard to feel wanted in this country anymore. There's no community, everyone looks out for themselves and fuck everyone else. And why would they? All we see anymore is our world leaders mocking people, calling people/entire populations garbage, any semblance of respect and compassion is apparently "woke" and the literal devil. My wife shouldn't have to fear for her safety every time she goes to her job to teach at our university just because she's a brown woman in Idaho teaching such "woke" subjects like 'Conflict between Cultures' and 'Interpersonal Communication'. Apparently learning how to not be an asshole is going to turn everyone gay, can't have that right?

eheathtiming matters (post election), but i agree that discussion of political stuff should remain in those threads. unfortunately those threads have completely turned to shit now.
dealing with these kind of issues is certainly a 30+ discussion. maybe we leave the politics behind and keep the discussions about life going.
