FT/K2 FL3X vs Dalbello vs Roxa

Disclaimer: I know that boot advices are such a dumb topic, and the simple answer is "go to a bootfitter". But I want to get some "expert knowledge", since there is very few info out there. I have extremely standard/normal feet and all of the below mentioned boots fit me O.K. Also, I have never owned/skied-in s 3-piece/cabrio boot design before. I am a rather heavy rider (95kg, 210lb) and my current Hawx 120 (with an expert booster) are getting a lil worn out.

The question/advice I want is: Taking into consideration that all boots fit me equally well, for the 2025 season, should I get the K2 FL3X Revolve Pro/Team (as far as I understood from Evo's 2025 ski gear review, colour is the only thing that's getting changed), Dalbello Il Moro Pro/110 GW (same here, I think only colour is changed for the 2025 season), or unreleased 2025 Roxa R3 130/120?

What I managed to find:

Roxa's are super light, but the lightness comes with its price (durability/unexpected cracks). Furthermore, I don't really need the walk mode switch.

Regarding the Dalbello's, from what I got, the only difference between Il Moro's and other boots in their cabrio line-up is the rubbery bootboard. Moreover, there is no info on the difference between the "3DensityWrap Sport" liner on Il Moro's 110 and "3DensityWrap Max" on the Pro's.

The K2 Fl3X Pro/Team boot is mostly the "same" 20-year-old boot made from the same Raichle mold that had minor quality-of-life/customization tweaks here and there and cool graphics. And that the "Team" boot is stiffer compared to the "Pro" version.

I totally understand that there is no winner/best boot. I just want to understand (from your experience/rumors/opinion/etc.) what are the advantages/disadvantages of each boot's design. Preferrably in simple terms.

Any help/opinion is much appreciated!

In my experience, Dalbello has been the most durable option be far.

I can only speak for the Dalbellos from personal experience. I got the 2024 IL Moro Pros and they’re tanks. Comes with some customization right out of the box and a set of extra DIN soles, stiff flex, easy to step into and the liner is super comfy. Only thing I dislike is the middle buckle has a lock on the end of the buckle that you need to pull upwards right before you close it which makes buckling the boots if you ride them super tight pretty damn annoying. Heard good things about the Roxas but if you’re not skiing some backcountry I think you’d be better off with the Dalbellos or k2’s

as someone who's skied in all 3 of those boots (20+ years in the Raichle/FT, 12 years in Dalbello Kryptons and now 3 years in the Roxa's) the Roxa Element is the absolute peak evolution of the 3 piece shell. The weight is game changing and I've had no issues with durability. I ski in the Element 120 with some 130 tongues. I've also got Intuition pro wrap liners. They are by FAR the most comfortable boot Ive ever worn. I crank em down before I go up and don't touch them again for the rest of the day. Once you ski in the Roxa's you won't go back to any other boot.

As @3mania said, the element line is closer to what you’re looking at in ft/k2 and dalbello than the r3.

I've skied all of them, they're all good boots. The full tilt has the lowest cuff. If you fit in roxa probably get those, they have the most rebound and energy.
