Went on YouTube to watch some slvsh cup and saw Cody pit up a new episode which I thought was super odd considering the time of year.

Personally, I am glad he is looking at the last 4 realistically. It could take a decade to actually hit the last 4 - if ever... Mt. Robson alone is a huge question mark if it even still goes.

I do hope he is able.to complete the list, but I am very happy for him that he hasn't allowed desire to take over reason. I think Greg Hill put the big picture in perspective on the second attempt on Comstock.

Cheers to Cody for sharing his journey with us and I hope for nothing but the best for him. Seems like a genuine stand up dude.

What are the last 4 lines that haven't been completed?


1) Comstock Couloir @Rogers Pass. He has attempted twice and got denied due to clouds.

2) Mt. Robson (north face). Only been skied a handful of times - and doesn't go most years... possibly isn't realistically skiable anymore.

3) Mount St. Elias, Alaska (South face). There's a decent video of people doing it, but they had to split it into camp to base in one weather window, than peak to camp in another.

4) University Peak, Alaska. I don't know much about this one, but looking at it on Google Earth - it looks about as heavy as ski mountaineering gets.

Cody and his filmed are fucking machines and it’s amazing we get such good content from such remote zones. Also props to Salomon for supporting it for a long time

Hes also got a kid now and starting a family. Things can start to get heavy in that situation. Definitely dont stop skiing, but putting yourself at risk when you could be enjoying time with your kid and family is a big decision to make imo. He’ll probably still do these but it could be years in the making imo.
