SlushSeasonIt took a lot of practice for me to get shifties on lock. You really have to focus on popping straight, then twisting.
Also think about where your arms are going. I naturally want to twist my arms in the same direction as my legs, but they need to go the opposite direction
Caseyyou want to shifty against your primary spin direction
FlwrsSo if i spin left naturally i want to shifty (twist my skis) to the right?

Yukon_CorneliusYooo it sounds like it’s not too late to easily learn your spins (and shifty) both ways. Save yourself a season’s worth + of catch-up and breaking old habits now.
FlwrsYeah i think i‘ll have to practice more. Could also be because i learned 180s spinning left way before i ever did my first shifty and i‘m so used to twisting everything left
FlwrsYes i have to, did it at first and then stopped spinnung unnatty (only 180s and shifty anyways)
do you think i should start sliding unnat of the rip?
