Pivot 12s problem with heel piece up when boot is not clicked in.

Pivot 12s not able to click in as the heel piece of the binding is still up? anyone know? this is my first time owning pivots i’m a bit new to this😅

Step on it and push it down. Pivots do that sometimes. Don't use your hands.

Not sure what the question is. Umm try pushing down the heel before stepping in?

If you use your hands do not allow your thumb to go on the bottom side of the heel. Keep your entire hand flat on top only.

You can use your hands. That’s all I use. Just keep the thumb clear and you’ll be fine.
