JemsMuch easier on ski, although you'll have to be mindful that you've got a few pounds sitting on your feet which will feel much different than a standing backflip. Just make sure you throw it backwards and not upwards necessarily, as well as not bailing which common reasons people ultimately land on their necks while attempting backflips.
