Replying to Roommate relationship falling out

So basically i live with with 2 other roomates. One who I am good homies with, they will be referred to as Bohunkus, and the other, who I used to be super close with, will be referred to as Fanny. Fanny used to hang with Bohunkus and I and our whole friend group all the time until he got this girlfriend. Now, all fanny does it hang with his girlfriend and play videogames. Fanny never hangs out with anyone. Like damn breh. just being in the same room with fanny is awkward sometimes because they always seem on edge. i just want it to feel normal but it doesn't. there is always some sort of unresolved tension that stems from (what I believe) fanny's mindset and their social skills. they don't care about asking me about my day or anything along those lines. that mf really just doesnt gaf. there is nothing that bohunkus or I have does to provoke fannys actions, but it feels like we have. fanny is consistely passive aggressive and confronts us too late when any sort of small, easily resolvable problem has already formed. thoughts on how i should approach this situation. what would you do NS?
