partyandBSfrontside trees because typically the frontside is the family area so all the good skiers go to outback. you’ll get hella lines on the front side though. paymaster trees are pretty flowy. the park is trash compared to years past 😢
SmokedGoudaprobably windows and one of the high alpine bowls....maybe ericksons
midwestcoastPresident's day was the third busiest weekend of the season. You may not be able to escape the crowds honestly. I always tried to be up very early and head to Outback as soon as it starts spinning. You'll get a good hour back there before the line stacks up. Haven't skied there since Bergman was installed. No real "secret stashes" to speak of, but I recommend Windows, Wapiti, and Independence hike-to if you're trying to avoid the masses... Keystone can be a fun mountain when you figure it out. Groomers there are long and underrated when it's corduroy, but they're gonna be crazy by 10:30AM. Have fun and let us know how it goes!
Voyage86ya i’ll probably take the snow cat to eriksson for 25$. Seems like a good price for the experience.
partyandBSthats not real anymore lol. there’s a new lift called bergmans that eliminated the cat with access to erickson which is a sick area. the rest of the terrain off bergmans is kinda cool. the bowl is wide open but often wind scoured and pretty intermediate terrain.
