I am starting to wonder if all the hard crunch foods i eat are causing hearing loss because of how loud my head gets when i chew them. I mostly snack on hard candy and corn nuts throughout my day (they are my favourite snacks) and sometimes when i am finished eating my ears ring really loud for 20-30 minutes.
jw if anyone has any info to share or ways to dampen the loudness of my crunching like maybe a special mouth guard or something
