Pre-Ski Rituals

what do you do the day before/morning before a big day of skiing?

I usually stretch the night before and push out my shins if I have shin bang, and in the morning eat a big breakfast to minimize snack/lunch breaks and maximise ski pass value. Also if im feeling extra saucy on said morning I might do a little dynamic warmup too

The night before I make sure my goggles and gloves are dry, then I get baked and do this hour long mellow yoga routine that's mostly stretching and meditation. In the morning I make one or two of my signature Corkage Sandwiches for breakfast (the dankest breakfast sandwich you've ever had).
